An assurance statement needs a source and a decision history. records operational changes and requirement-version decisions so a reviewer can see not only today’s status but why it was judged that way.
Requirement versions retain historical decision context when profiles change. Officer crew confirmations, acceptance or rejection of presence exceptions, recorded overrides and authorised defect resolutions become traceable events. Scope and role-based access govern who can view and act.
Evidence that connects
A personnel record can show current, due, expired or unknown competence and the assessor decision behind a practical result. An asset passport shows inspection, service, calibration, certification and recent defect events. When evidence is missing, the platform cannot mark that requirement passed.
What the demonstration adds
The authenticated operational audit trail is a working capability. Extended report matrices, external-qualification compliance exceptions, individual report views and administration are illustrated in guided demonstration screens. They should be evaluated as demonstration material, not assumed to be finished production modules.
Being clear about what this does and does not mean
No automatic certification
Evidence visibility does not certify regulatory or contractual compliance.
Access is scoped
Audit and operational decisions remain subject to authenticated roles and scope.
Questions worth asking of your own operation
Can you identify who approved an exception and under which requirement version?
